Rates & Fees

Rental Rates:

- as low as $125 per night for 30+ nights

- rates depend on length of stay and number in party

Fees:

- we pass thru a nominal cleaning fee based on # of occupants

Taxes:

- plus Hawai'i taxes

Security/Reservation Deposit:

- $250 security/reservation deposit, refundable after checkout provided everything is in order

- note, this is separate from the rental fees, cleaning fees and taxes

Payment Schedule:

- within 7 days of reservation: $250 security/reservation deposit

- 60 days prior to arrival: 50% of rental fees (rate + cleaning fee + taxes)

- 30 days prior to arrival: remaining 50% balance

- Visa or Mastercard credit cards
