Additional sleeping arrangements: Full-size futon couch in living room, plus a couple of tri-fold foam mattresses that can be set up for "keiki" (kids)

Front bath: Italian marble tub|shower, sink and vanity with storage drawers, linen closet, dirty linen hamper

Kitchen: fully furnished with refrigerator, stove|oven, dishwasher, microwave, rolling prep station, toaster, coffee maker|grinder, pots|pans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee mugs, serving plates|bowls, storage containers|bags|foil|wraps, and condiments|spices, cleaning supplies and more

Living Room: large color TV with local cable, AM|FM|CD stereo, CD music collection, DVD player, coffee table, full-size futon couch

Ceiling Fans: all of the main rooms in the house have variable-speed ceiling fans, plus there are small fans in both bathrooms.  And of course the natural breezes that are common on the windward side help to keep the house comfortable year-round

Telephone: inter-island calls and long-distance calls to mainland USA are included

Internet: free wireless internet

Beach equipment: our previous guests have been kind enough to leave their boogie boards, skim boards, snorkel gear, beach mats, beach towels, etc for sharing

Lanai: front lanai (porch) is covered and has two comfortable wicker chairs to relax in.  back lanai is uncovered with a propane BBQ conveniently located just off the dining area

Laundry: washer and dryer included for your convenience in the utility closet just outside the front door

Parking: off-street parking

Linens: plenty of linens provided for 8 guests
